Do you use your turn signal?

I have to drive a lot, and I notice that not many people actually use a turn signal when changing lanes... so I was wondering how many of you do, and why or why not?Do you use your turn signal?
I always use mine, and I got so pissed when people don't use theirs. It's dangerous to not, and inconsiderate. Using your turn signal, and putting it on with due time before turning, changing lanes, etc... allows other people to maneuver around you, if need be. Like, I hate it when people turn left through oncoming traffic without a turn signal... Obviously it's dangerous for the oncoming traffic, but also for the people behind. If that person had turned their signal on before they reached the intersection, you'd know they were gonna turn, and could get around them (rather than being stuck behind them) without having to go from a stop to a moving while the cars in the next lane are all moving. Etc...

Even as a pedestrian, if you're trying to cross, and waiting for your opening, it's really helpful when drivers use their turn signal, so you know they're gonna turn, so you can actually cross knowing they aren't going through/won't ram into you/you won't cause them to slam on their breaks... so you know you have that clearing you're looking.

So yes... turn signals are awesome, and I always use mine. I think police need to start enforcing the law and ticketing people who don't use their turn signals.Do you use your turn signal?
The only time i use my turn signal is in the city and when its busy on the interstate.
I always use mine, and I get real mad when I see other people not doing it. Especially when I am behind them!!!

There too busy talking on the cell, rather than turning it on!!!
I always use my turn signal...even just in the car park / car lot.

Because, its very important...and the others drivers know that car wnat to change / move to the other lane...

I also confusing...what so difficult just move their finger..for their own safety...or they're lazy...
Yes, I use mine every time. It makes me angry when other drivers don't.
I always use mine. But my father doesn't. Actually, when changing lanes he always does.

But he will not use it in a situation like the following:

In a left turn only lane, pulling out of our neighborhood in rural Maine, etc..... I agree that not using a turn signal in those situations is less of a problem than in others (like going from the HOV across 4 lanes to exit the I-60 in Arizona), but I still tell him to use it every time I'm with him.

I think people are just too lazy to use them. Also, when multi-tasking, which is a bad idea when driving in my opinion, it may be a lot harder to use your turn signal.

Hope my insight helps.
I always do. I think tail lights and turn signals are basically the only way to communicate with other drivers on the road.
All the time. Even in the parking garage going one direction. It becomes a good force of habit.

Reasons people don't do it:

- too lazy

-didn't think about it

-if they use the signal, no one will let them in (other person may be a jerk and speed up)

-no point

I hate it when people don't signal. It's unsafe and inconsiderate to other drivers, and could cause road rage because it seems they are cutting someone off deliberately.
I always use mine when there are other cars around me. It makes me mad when other drivers do not use theirs.
I always use mine, force of habit, and it's the law
mirror, signal then move, you can't go wrong...common sense and better safe than sorry matey
I do always..................
