In Hawaii (Oahu), how come nobody uses their turn signal?

I had to take the written driver's test to get a new resident license when I moved here and there were definitely 3 turn-signal related questions - so it's definitely a law. Is there a reason people are constantly changing lanes on the freeway with no signal? Seems pretty dangerous to me.In Hawaii (Oahu), how come nobody uses their turn signal?

I don't think you can say ';nobody'; uses them. When I'm there and I'm driving, I use mine.



Lots of people in lots of places don't use them. You just have to learn to drive and plan accordingly.
OK it might not be the answer your looking for but ppl in Phoenix, Az do the same thing but not in the freeway I guess they expect u to read their thoughts.
