Horrible Drivers and Their Dumb Logic?

One thing that really irritates me are bad drivers! What are they thinking?

You try to change lanes and they won't let you over then when they pass you, they get in your lane...What was the logic behind that?

People never let others merge, as if that one car length is going to save them 10 hours on their trip, how does that make sense? They are the ones who cause traffic jams, they dont know how to merge!

Or the people who get all pissed off and flash their high beams and honk because you are only doing the speed limit, they race around you and speed off only to get caught at the same light as you...

The worst has to be the people on their cell phones who don't pay attention to other people around them. They need to get off the road before they cause an accident!

Cell phone users need to pay more attention to oncoming traffic and stay in their lane! I came real close to t-boning one driver who pulled right out in front of me and I was close enough to see her head was turned the opposite way and she seemed intent on her phone call. Another person was all over the road in front of me, slowing down and speeding up erratically. When we got to a light , they got in the turn lane and sure enough, there was the cell phone! There have been more and more reports of accidents with cell phones being cited as possible factors. when will people learn?Horrible Drivers and Their Dumb Logic?
Oh my god I KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And you cant forget the people that ride your ***/bumper SO close that you cant even see their headlights in the rearview mirror. Then you have the people on freeways that do this, when you're pushing 75, and they WILL NOT go around you. I think people honestly enjoy this.
If you want to have some fun...in morning rush hour, if someone is tailgating you, wait for them to take a sip of their coffee and then slam on your brakes just enough for them to stop short and spill coffee all over themselves.



I ride a motorcycle and I get run off the road all of the time. I got rear ended at an intersection once on my bike because the other guy ';though I was going';. Once I got run off of the interstate onto the shoulder where I was dodging tire treads. The guy gave me that douchebag wave and continued on in the same lane.
Ahhhh....Someone else who shares some of my peeves %26amp; observations. ..I log about 60,000km annually commuting for work. See a few human behavior tendencies daily.

Lane changes: I usually travel in right lane of multi-lane highways, maintaining approx 110 kph. When attempting to move to center lane, always use signal. Understand that most drivers feel the need to be first. Signalling usually indicates to a ';Mario Andretti'; running in the center lane that a ';pokey'; is going to move, inhibiting his progress; he moves to far left; that is your opening.

Merging: I rarely move out of right lane to allow merging cars, unless we are side-by-side,at similar speed %26amp; nearing end of merge lane. I have observed that most merging drivers will perform almost any move to be ahead of me. Generally, all I do is reduce speed by 2 kph which opens a gap for an accelerating vehicle %26amp; changes my ETA by a miniscule.

Human behavior and knowledge that a car traveling in highway lane has right-of-way, making merging vehicles responsible to enter traffic safely are the concepts that govern my actions. Also, each lane change introduces the possibility of collision.

Flashing lights %26amp; tailgaters: After numerous attempts to solve this situation, I believe I have found it! As the tailgating driver roars in behind my car, the driver probably reads my personalized plate, eyes the mirrors on trunk to ';blind'; the nightrider, sees the ';Road Warrior'; emblem @ top of trunk; finally raising his sight line to observe me as driver only to read the following on my rear window ';Tailg8r - Prepare 2 B frustr8d';. At this moment, the tailgater backs off to a minimum of 3 carlengths, obviously figuring that they are dealing with someone loonier than himself!..Works great!

Actually the one I'm wondering about is the folks who when the light turns green just sit there. I mean are they not happy with that shade of green and are waiting for a better one?

Also the people who think their telepathic abiliities are a better alternative to their turn signals.

One more people who don't bother to pay attention to whether stupid things on their car are working, you know like the brake lights. Oh wait maybe they're relying on the aformentioned telepathic abilities.

Ok one more(good going now you've got me on a rant)thing, people who on a 2-lane 55 MPH road feel the need to come to a complete stop to make a right turn.
