I WAS DRIVING TO WORK ON THE 10 FREEWAY GOING EAST AND WAS PULLED OVER ON KELLOG HILL AND FAILED TO SIGNAL ON A LANE CHANGE. I CHECKED MY BLIND SPOT FOR ANY CARS TO THE LANE I WAS GOIN INTO AND BEHIND ME BUT AS SOON AS I CHANGED LANES A CHP CAR ZOOMED RIGHT BEHIND ME AND CITED ME FOR IT I ALREADY HAVE A POINT AND I WANTED T KNOW HOW I SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THIS I MAY NOT FIGHT IT BECAUSE YOU NEVER WIN AND I THINK ITS B.S BECAUSE THEY JUST WANT MY MONEY FOR THE STATE AND EVERYBODY ELSES MONEY AND WHEN I PLED OFF I SEEN TWO OTHER CARS PULLED OVER BY CHP TO ME I THINK THEY WANT TO PULL OVER AS MANY PEOPLE THEY CAN FOR SOMETHING SIMPLE TO GET MONEY.HOW MUCH DOES A TICKET COST FOR FAILING TO SIGNAL ?
I think you're 100% correct. Everybody should be completely free to disobey the traffic laws. No one should have to stop at a red light or obey the speed limit or signal. They also should not have to buy insurance. Anybody they kill or put in the hospital should have to pay their own bills.
