';Fail Signal Lane Change';?

I just got a ticket titled ';Fail Signal Lane Change.';

I want to defend myself. How am I supposed to do this? I have a reason to defend myself but I'm not sure if it's gonna work. On the description he says ';Made three lane changes without signal.'; But in the street I was driving on there are three lanes and I'm on a lane already. So how can I make three lane changes? So what I'm gonna do is to say I didn't even change lanes and the officer is lying. Do you think it's gonna work? If you don't think so please suggest me what to do?!

It's you word against his. You will lose if he shows up for court. If you tell the court the officer is lying and he has a good reputation with that court and judge you risk pi$$ing off the judge and the officer. The cop obviously followed you long enough to see you change lanes without signaling. It would be just the cop's word against yours, and he (or she) gets to wear the uniform. Your play on words won't cut it, because there are two directions - left and right..

If I were you I would just pay up.
Just pay the ticket,it's not going to make your insurance to go up ,so whats the big deal. it just money.
been in las vegas 12 years been driving longer they didnt ticket you for failing to signal they have you a ticket cause you was driving stupid ... i drive all day every day but sunday i dont use my signals all the time

if im turnning into a lot or onto another street sure and i do it before i get there

on free way moving into a lane most likey you was going to fast which is the norm for vegas you was cuting people off they wanted you to slow down i pass a cop the other day doing 55 in a 45 i dont think a gave him a signal i see cops change lanes withg out signals everyday i see thousands of cars doing same thing they gave you a minor ticket stop you it was something else most likey going to fast but didnt want to write you up for it not reason to change lanes 3 times driving across town and i drive about 200 miles a day local las vegas
