Do they just want to see how it feels without a right arm? Why do they signal when they are in the turning lane and not when they enter the turning lane? If your in the turning lane its obvious that your turning. If your going to signal once, wouldnt it make sense to signal changing into the turning lane and not when your in the turning lane? DUHWhy dont people signal before changing lanes?

you know..these peoplebelieve we all have 'mind reading' capabilities and know exactly what their every move is gonna be.
geeze...some days i forget and leave my mind reading capabilities at home.... :)
Unfortunately most drivers see the laws of the road (including signs) as mere suggestions. Most drivers drive me crazy (excuse the pun please).
The best thing you can do is to follow the laws and drive defensively and safely.
people are stupid that don't use signal its like when somebody slows down and right before they turn they put their blinker on. I guess people didn't pay attention in drivers ed.
There are several answers. They are lazy. They don't want other drivers to know their intentions (some people speed up when they see another car trying to move into their lane).

they know how to signal, everyone who gets a license knows that you need to learn how to signal so that when they get their license they don't have to ^^
