Drivers seat is on right hand side and I'm driving on right side of road.A car exactly behind my car in 1 way 2 lane road asks for pass using horn.How to change lane to give him pass?
Not in the US I presume. To me using the horn is like someone giving me an obscene gesture. I see no quarrel in letting them pass if you so move to drive your car off the road, but you can't do that forever for everybody. Stay on the road and if they want to pass let them take the chance.
