How can I tell if someone is in my blind spot when changing lanes in a Mazda Miata?

Since it's small there's no window behind to check for your blindspot, there's only the rear window but that doesn't do anything since I still can't see whos in my blindspot. How do you Miata drivers tell? I mean I don't want to have to stick my head out the window every time just to tell if someone is in my blindspot when I change lanes. How can I tell if someone is in my blind spot when changing lanes in a Mazda Miata?
As others have said, the Miata with the mirrors adjusted right has no true blind spot.

I put a three window top on mine, because I know the feeling.

But the best solution is to just put the top down. Even in the pouring rain it is a blast to drive that way. Been there done it and I don't mind the silly looks.

This does not work well in a blizzard, you may freeze your buns off (I am not that crazy to try this one). How can I tell if someone is in my blind spot when changing lanes in a Mazda Miata?
You set your side mirrors to keep your blind spots in view.

Too many people set them to see to the rear. DON'T. Adjust them to view to the sides where your blind spot is.
